How can I find the right part for my car?

To locate a part for your vehicle in our online store is easy and simple: You can use the “Product search” options at the top of our homepage. Just enter in brand (car make), model and year and click “Search”. All products compatible with your vehicle will be displayed. You can further narrow the search results by choosing car’s platform and part's position in the “Shopping Options” panel. You may also browse by category and select your make or model from our main menu. An easy way to find exactly what you need is to use our search bar at the top-right corner, where you can type the part’s name, the OE (original equipment) number, the vehicle’s model, etc.

How do I make sure the part will fit my car?

What is Pump My Car’s return policy?

We accept requests for returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. If you wish to return a product, please fill in and send us this return form or simply contact us to inform us about your decision. You will receive a full refund, but please bear in mind that you are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

It usually takes 2-3 days from the return shipment date for crediting your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Pump My Car ships worldwide. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT).

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Free delivery is available for shipping to addresses within Germany. For delivery abroad shipping costs are based on the gross goods value. You can see the exact shipping cost at the checkout page right after you have selected your country from the drop down menu at the “Log in” tab. It will be displayed next to the selected payment method (Standard by default).

What is the standard order fulfillment time?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, it will take 2-4 days for the shipment to arrive at your address within Germany and 5 -7 days in case of foreign deliveries.

How can I track delivery of my package?

For most orders you can track the progress of your delivery from your account. After your order is processed, уou will also receive a shipment notification via E-mail containing details about your package and tracking information.
