Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In this case you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
- on which you or a representative specified by you, other than the carrier, has taken the goods in possession, if you have ordered one or more products in a single order and they will be delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a representative specified by you other than the carrier has taken possession of the final product, if you have ordered more goods under a single order and these are supplied separately;
Returns and Refunds
If you want to return an item you have already purchased, you have two easy options to do it: Contact us via our customer hotline or use our shop’s online return portal.
You can complete your online return in 3 short steps:
Step 1
Log in into your profile and look in “My account options” then go to “My Returns". In this section click on “Request New Return”.
Note: If you don’t have a registered profile, just follow this link.
Step 2
Then select all orders (and items) you wish to return and click “Continue”.
Step 3
You have fixed options to choose a suitable reason for your return. You can also upload a photo and comment. When you are ready with your entry, click “Submit”.
In “My Returns” section you can keep track of the current status of you return requests. In addition, you will be notified of all progress and changes to your return separately by email.
